Client Services Supervisor
You will work closely with the Deputy Service Delivery Manager on a variety of projects, as service needs demand. You will also be expected to work closely with the other Client Services Supervisors to provide a seamless customer service provision in a high volume service, and be able to adapt to the demands of the service.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
You will be qualified to at least A Level/HNC/NVQ3 or equivalent with proven work experience.
Please note, being able to work flexibly is a requirement as you will be part of a rota that operates from 8am –6pm across weekdays and occasional weekend/evening working is required. Our day to day work is based in a multi-disciplinary open plan office.
The salary for this post starts at £24,285 through to £28,936, with annual increments; please note that we recruit at the bottom of the scale. Enabling Services is one of the services within Student Services at the University. We provide a wide variety of support for students who have long-term health conditions, mental health problems or specific learning difficulties (e.g. dyslexia), as well as running the Wessex Needs Assessment Centre.
