Job Details

Our client is a well-known Automotive car manufacturer. They are currently working on a new exciting project in Belgium and are heavily investing into their sales department. They are looking for an Area Manager to join their team.

Spending hours in traffic jams to get to the office every single day? Do you want more commercial activities and field work? If you're still reading this then probably the answer is yes. This position is providing you with a solution to this. Our client is offering you a field based role where you are your own boss and manage your agenda independently. You will be covering the region of Wallonia and will be doing active commercial work. The position is only sales focused so you can say goodbye to the piles of administration work you've before as well. You will be entirely focused on increasing revenue and you will be trusted in doing so - you have the freedom to manage your own key clients and when you visit them.

You will:

  • Manage relationships within the dealer network

  • Obtain commitment from dealer principles on implementation plans

  • Meet sales targets of new and used cars financing and car insurances

  • Meet penetration targets for car financing and car insurance

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Support dealer staff training and coaching sessions

Your profile:

  • Several years of sales experience in automotive industry
  • Proven track record in negotiating on dealer principle level
  • Experience in account planning and account plan execution
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English

For this permanent position our client is offering EUR 55,000 - EUR 70,000, plus bonuses, benefits, and company car.
