Job Details
I am working with a small, growing company based in Malmo, who would like an International Sales Manager to coordinate the HQ decisions with the international Sales force. With an initial responsibility of 2 Consultants based internationally, you will be the main link between the boardroom and the field. It is as such essential that you are able to not only make strategically important decisions, but also implement them to your team.
You will have:
- International experience within Pharma Sales
- Proven success in B2B Sales
- A strong track record with people management
In return, you get to become a key decision maker in the Sales processes, and really make your mark on the company. You will be able to see these decisions through, and really make sure that your vision comes to life. You will be based in the Malmo HQ, but should expect some international travel.
