The successful candidate will be an environmental scientist with an academic interest focused broadly on the local and global environmental impacts of agriculture. This person will teach three courses per semester including Introduction to Environmental Studies as well as upper division courses in their field of interest or related subjects that complement the existing curriculum, and rotate in to the university’s First Year Program and/or teach in other university programs such as the Sustainability Program, Adirondack Semester, or other off-campus programs. The successful candidate will also have an on-going program of research and published scholarship that may include undergraduate students.
