The role

The successful candidate will receive structured leadership, professional development and training opportunities, while gaining on the job experience to succeed in their chosen career.

The Graduate program will provide successful candidates with a tailored program that will allow the graduate to develop the necessary skills to succeed in their chosen career. Duties and responsibilities will be subject to the graduate's individually designed program and the hosting organisational unit.

The person

Applicants must possess a Bachelor degree, from any discipline, and hold a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to quality client service and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

You should want build on your knowledge and experience to ‘Own the Unknown', to create and develop a career at UQ.

This is an identified position and the occupant must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander descent under section 105 of the Queensland Anti-Discrimination Act 1991.

Remuneration

This is a full-time, fixed term appointment at HEW Level 4. The remuneration package will be in the range $62,342 - $66,291 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 9.5% (total package will be in the range $70,312- $74,676 p.a.).
