A Local Authority based in the South West is seeking an experienced and senior Social Worker to join their Children's Services in the capacity of a LADO

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and confident Social Worker to join their Quality Assurance as a LADO. This is a post which requires confidence and sound practice as you will be challenging in professionals who maybe at a Senior level that may currently be under investigation. You will be involved in the oversight and management of allegations against professionals who work with Children.

Although employed by the Local Authority, you will be working in a sense independently, therefore you will have the opportunity to manage your own diary and work flexibly.

To be considered for this post you should have extensive experience as a Social Worker. You should have at least achieved a Team Manager post.
