But what it is recruitment? In this role you will provide organisations that are looking for employees with the best possible candidates for the job. As such, you will build up a network of clients and candidates in your niche market and develop valuable professional relationships.
You will be responsible for the whole process, from the initial dialogue with the client to finalising the candidate contracts.
What does it require?

Lots of energy - recruitment will throw challenges at you that are easier to overcome if you face them with energy and positivism.
Continuous willingness to learn - in your first few months you'll have a lot of training from our award winning training programme, therefore you need to be ready to learn new skills on an ongoing basis
Motivation - whether this is to become a Team Leader, own a sports car, go on that dream holiday you've always hoped for or something else. You may not know what truly drives you right now and that's ok - the drive to be successful is enough.
No ego- whether you win or lose, fail or succeed, you need to be willing to try. Sometimes things won't always work out as they should. If you can pick yourself up and learn from your mistakes then you have the attributes of a good recruiter.

In the first year you can expect a lot of training and an immersion in the recruitment world. That will allow you to develop your skills further and get you ready for a second year in where my colleagues put all the effort to reach the six figures in their yearly income.
