Gastroenterology Motility Physician - Henry Ford Medical Group
The Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit is seeking a board eligible/certified Gastroenterologist with Motility expertise. Henry Ford Medical Group is one of the nation’s largest group practices with 1,200 physicians and researchers in more than 40 specialties. The Division of Gastroenterology employs 34 physicians and provides outpatient clinic and endoscopy services at Main Campus and 7 suburban satellites as well as inpatient consultative services at Henry Ford Hospital and Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.
Responsibilities will include evaluation and management of patients with motility and functional gastrointestinal disorders, teaching of fellows, residents and students in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, supervision of motility-focused mid-level providers, and interpretation of high-resolution esophageal and anorectal manometries and reflux testing. Candidate will work in a multidisciplinary capacity in treating foregut and pelvic floor disorders. Academic appointment is through an affiliation with Wayne State School of Medicine and for training and experience.

*Must be board certified in Gastroenterology. Board eligible candidates must be certified in the first three years of employment.
*Motility training and expertise is preferred.
