Job Details
Disability Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our busy Administration and Reception team, providing support to the wider Disability Services team.
The post of Administrator is offered on fixed term contract until 15th of January 2020, two roles are for 35 hours per week and one is for 28 hours.
The role holder must demonstrate high standards of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent communication and customer service skills and have the ability to manage a busy, changing workload. The role holder will record student data on relevant spreadsheets. This will include incoming medical evidence and Disabled Students' Allowances documents. The role holder will keep student data up-to-date, for both current and new students as they join the service.
You will have gained strong administrative skills in a high-quality customer service setting. Experience of working with University of Bristol or similar student systems (e.g., SITS, e: Vision and ERP) would be an advantage.
