Experienced Accountant (Czech Speaking) - Prague or Pardubice

This is an internal position with NonStop Recruitment; the employee will support the finance team covering several entities and also support other internal stakeholders.

As a member of the Operations team you will drive your team to achieve our mission of 'With care and passion we focus on continuous improvement to provide accurate, reliable and efficient operational services to each employee, client, contractor and candidate'.

Duties / Responsibilities:
* Processing of supplier invoices, employees expenses and payments
* Administration and reconciliation of receipts (credit cards, invoices)
* Supporting the department with Statutory Audit Preparation
* Accounting to Trial Balance
* Support monthly Management Account reporting
* Account Reconciliations
* Fixed Assets accounting
* Manage Accruals and Prepayments
* Sales Reconciliation
* VAT returns
* Review and preparation of commission payments for sales staff
* Other duties as needed by Senior accountant and Head of Finance
* Support as needed to other departments and management

Our main requirements:
* Proficiency in English (company working language) and Czech.
* 3-5 Years experience in Czech Accounting.
* Comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment
* Good computer skills (Ms Suite). Knowledge of Pohoda or SAGE 50 accounting system would be a distinct advantage.
* An organised individual that respects and meets deadlines
* Independent professional, but can also work as a team player
* Would like to grow his/her accounting knowledge and progress in this field
