Customer Service Team Leader - Medical Technology


Nonstop Pharma is currently working with an established fortune 500 company within the medical technology field who are currently looking to appoint a new Team Leader for their Customer Services Team in Germany.


You will be responsible for:


* Leading the customer service team in Austria, Germany and Switzerland which will involve training them, ensuring the team is operating to a high level, delegating day-to-day tasking and effectively management requests from internal & external customers.
* Order processing of POs, Price requests, coordinating deliveries and monitor invoices
* Attend workshops and various events as required
* Plus much more


To be considered for this role you must have:
* A strong background in Customer Service
* Leadership experience is highly preferred
* Fluent in German and English
