Duties

• Undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in the field of Human Resource Management;
• Developing modules utilising online learning technologies within a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management;
• Contributing to policy development through engagement with industry and professional networks and independent research;
• Postgraduate supervision and research;
• Presenting research at conferences;
• Publishing in accredited journals;
• Rendering capacity-building services to the University and the community.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology;
• Practical experience in the field of Human Resource Management;
• Intention to engage in Doctoral studies.

Desirable

• Registration with the South African Board for People Practices and/or with the Professional Board for Psychology as Industrial Psychologist;
• Proven record of published research;
• Appropriate teaching experience will be an advantage.
