Lecturer: Human Resource Management
New Generation of Academics' Programme (nGAP)
The position is part of the nGAP initiative of the Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET) and comes with substantial support from the DHET. The
appointment is also subject to the conditions as set by the DHET and must be read in conjunction with the nGAP requirements of the DHET.

- Developing modules utilising online learning technologies within a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Human Resource Management;
- Contributing to policy development through engagement with industry and professional networks and independent research;
- Postgraduate supervision and research;
- Presenting research at conferences;
- Publishing in accredited journals;
- Rendering capacity-building services to the University and the community.

- A Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology;
- Practical experience in the field of Human Resource Management;
- Intention to engage in Doctoral studies.

- Registration with the South African Board for People Practices and/or with the Professional Board for Psychology as Industrial Psychologist;
