Job Details
This well renowned Charity is seeking an Operations Manager for its fostering service in the South East. Previous fostering management experience is essential, and though this is an office based role in Kent, you must be able to travel through London and the South East.
You will manage budgets, oversee all aspects of operations, work closely with local authorities and contribute to business development so excellent communication skills and experience gained working in a busy quality driven environment are a must.
You will be managing a team of two social workers with manageable caseloads, and focus on growing and delivering this service across the geographical area.

The right candidate can expect:

- Experience managing a Fostering TeamExtensive Fostering experienceA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
