SP - R&A - Up to £42k + Retention
Nonstop Care has partnered with this Local Authority to provide Senior Practitioners for its CPAT team. They recently received a "Good" and almost "Outstanding" OFSTED rating, making this a well managed place to work.
This is a permanent role at an authority with an emphasis on keeping caseloads low to enable staff to build relationships with service users. In fact duty, is held every 6 weeks to further facilitate this and give social workers adequate time to clear their caseloads before being allocated more.
The authority also has a well resourced early intervention service, so social workers have access to resources within the authority, to further prevent the breakdown of relationships.
Successful candidates can expect:

The right candidates must have:
- Strong Referral and Assessment experienceCourt Work experienceA current enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
