Assistant Team Manager - Fostering - Charity
£33,531 to £43,304 per annum
NonStop Care is looking for a permanent Assistant Team Manager for a Charity in the Lancashire area. They are offering the opportunity to work from home sometimes, so you can have a better work - life balance.
The ATM in this role will manage a team of Social Workers who provide a social work service to Foster Carers, Adopters and to children and young people. This is to ensure that the best outcomes for children and young people are achieved at all times in line with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
You will be working with the Operations Manager in order to plan, review, develop and grow the service.
Please apply if you are an Assistant Team Manager with experience in fostering. You must have a Social Work Degree and a HCPC registration.
