The Faculty of Business, Economics & Law
The Faculty of Business, Economics and Law (BEL) incorporates three schools - UQ Business School, the School of Economics and the TC Beirne School of Law - and two research centres - the Australian Institute for Business and Economics (AIBE) and the Centre for the Business and Economics of Health (CBEH).
With more than 450 staff and 12,000 enrolled students, including 5600 international students, the BEL Faculty is UQ's largest.
About This Opportunity
The Faculty Executive Manager (FEM) is a key strategic and operational leadership role, undertaking a range of responsibilities from planning and forecasting, to internal and external stakeholder partnerships and operational budgeting. This position sits within the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law - a large and high functioning organisational unit.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a demonstrated leader in a complex environment, tertiary education being preferable. Experience in strategic workforce planning, stakeholder management and resource allocation is essential, plus a proven interest in continuous professional development and management tools, techniques and strategies.
You must have ongoing unrestricted work rights in Australia to apply for this opportunity.

This is a full-time, fixed term position at HEW level 10B.
We will negotiate a package with the successful applicant, inclusive of super of up to 17%.
