Job Details
Do you have experience of working in a busy administrative role? Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships?
As a highly motivated and experienced individual you will provide administrative support to the Education Endowment Foundation (EEF) funded project, REACH Primary. The project is coordinated and managed at the University of Leeds, by Dr Paula Clarke, in collaboration with Dr Shirley-Anne Paul, University of York.
You will work alongside the research team to manage the project diary; you will book all visits, meetings and events and correspond with schools and the independent evaluators. Your other duties will include book purchasing and delivery, and you will edit, proof read, format and produce the intervention manuals. You will also moderate the online shared space and produce regular updates for the participating schools and assist with the production of project feedback reports.
You will have previous experience of working as an administrative assistant, experience of working in multi-partner teams and ideally working in an academic environment. You will also have excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills, as well as an ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience of working on externally funded large-scale research projects and liaising with schools would be an advantage.
