A fast growing Wealth Management firm are looking for a Senior Assistant Wealth Manager who can join them as soon as possible. Since they are growing and working on doubling their market, they are hiring recently to reinforce their teams, and since the front line should get more support, they would like to hire the right candidate for this position. YOUR CHALLENGE
- Support Relationship Managers in daily tasks related to customer portfolios
- Deal with the computing, administrative and legal aspects of opening and closing client accounts
- Manage client accounts and transactions
- Support the relationship managers in AML/KYC-related matters
- Monitor client account balances and account transactions
- Prepare client meetings (documents required for the meeting) and manage client instructions in the absence of the relationship managers
- Plan and assist the relationship managers in their travel arrangements (chase up missing documents, prepare documents)
- Deliver the highest quality of service to both the bank and the clients.
- Educational background ideally in Finance
- Few years of experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager (experience in small organisation is a plus)
- Fluency in English, German (written and spoken) is a must
- Customer oriented mindset
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of financial products and markets
- Reliable team player with strong sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and positive attitude
- Must be good with Excel
