A fast growing, independent Swiss company specialised in Wealth Management are looking for an Equity and Fixed Income Analyst who can join them as soon as possible. Our client is a growing firm and they are hiring recently to reinforce their teams, and since a good analysis is one of their keys to success, they would like to hire the right candidate for this position. Our client is looking for someone with:
- Bachelor or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wealth management
- Solid background in equity and/or fixed income securities with an interest to learn more
- Able to work independently by taking initiatives and also being a fair team player
- Enjoy working in a small and demanding environment
- Strong organization skills, multi-tasking capacity and ability to work under pressure
- Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
- Dynamic and flexible
- Excellent presentation
- Efficient and proactive communication and writing skills in both English and German. Any other language will be valued
- High level of confidentiality
- Good command of usual MS Office applications
Your future responsibilities:
˗ Work with Senior Portfolio Managers as a team
˗ Contribute to monthly investment committee
˗ Monitor client portfolios
˗ Respond to specific client demands and investment proposals
˗ Implement trades based on the in-house asset allocation views
˗ Verify the execution terms of our clients' portfolios
˗ Prepare bespoke documents for clients (including market and performance attribution analysis)
˗ Write summary of client visits
˗ Contribute to quarterly investment letter
˗ Contribute to Chief Compliance Officer duties related to portfolio management
