Salary: £48,000 - £50,000+ Bonus + Great Benefits
We are currently recruiting for our client who is looking for a Product development Manager to join their senior and experienced team in the Maidenhead area.
The Client:
Award-winning Innovative chemical manufacturer who work in areas such as Hygiene, Operational Expertise, Innovation and Connect hygiene. They have been running for over a century and plan to keep expanding in the UK and Abroad.
Job Purpose:
● The planning, coordination, and implementation of a range of product development (hardware / technical) projects within the Marketing & Innovation team.
● The maintenance of a view over the set of technical / hardware projects, providing the support required to the hardware team and product development management. The agreement of business requirements and translation of requirements into operational plans.
● Determination, monitoring, and review of project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, programme resources, inter-dependencies, and programme risk.
Requirements:
● Technically capable Individual; with experience in electronic or Mechanical engineering.
● Experience of working in a product development project environment.
● Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Demonstrable technical knowledge in Electronic or Electrical Engineering.
● A can-do attitude with a focus on delivery.
Desirable:
● Experience of introducing new project methodologies into organizations.
● Experience of working in a complex regional or global organization.
● Good problem definition and resolution skills.
● Focused project delivery.
● Determination, monitoring, and review of project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, programme resources, inter-dependencies, and programme risk.
