CP Case Auditor - £38ph + Phone Interview - ASAP START - Central South Wales

I am currently working with a Local Authority in the South Wales, who are looking for experienced Senior Social Workers to help with a backlog of Case Audits that will need reviewing and potentially re-entering in the courts.

My client is offering a high pay rate for the most suitable of candidates who are able to commit to working in a dedicated team of reviewing children in placement. This is part of a turnaround project to identify and rectify issues in practice in order to better the lives of children and their families.

My client understand the importance of feeling like you are part of a team when working in these situations and as such have dedicated time for each social worker to have case supervision and time to work from home when possible. This is going to be possible with the new team structures they've introduced where smaller team sizes.

As well as being able to interview and start immediately my client will provide a full induction into the position so that you are able to hit the ground running in a new position and truly make a difference in the services you children and young people.

There will also some flexible working given that will allow you to have an improved work life balance.
