You are a pro active person interested in your field of expertise and always looking for new challenges. You are able to work well as part of a team.

Day to day you will be developing high quality, immersive and robust e-Learning solutions, using a range of e-Learning authoring tools.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training solutions using authoring tools and new learning technologies
• Analyse, select and integrate appropriate learning technologies
• Collaborate with subject matters experts, curriculum and account managers internally as well as with customers and vendors
• Evaluate feedback and develop existing and new curricula
• Project manage individual training development projects

Qualifications/skills:

• Designing e-learning material and project managing through to deployment
• Experience in an automotive, or similar, environment
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate, InDesign, Captivate, Lectora or similar tools is a plus are preferable.
• Experience of designing solutions for consumption on mobile would be helpful
• Ability to build credibility with subject matter experts/stakeholders quickly
