Regional Sales Manager - Surgical Devices - South West Germany

NonStop's client is looking for a Sales Professional who can lead a team of 7 and also manage some of the key accounts in South West Germany. If you like travelling and establishing business relations, want to work with life saving ENT, head and neck surgical products, this is the role for you. You will get a chance to grow and develop within the company, receive full support and constant training on an international scale. Your voice will be heard.

The team that you will manage consists of 7 sales specialists that have a good background in trauma, orthopaedics and neurosurgical technology. They are all fully trained and excel at reaching the highest sales results. Therefore, you will be able to start reaching your team sales targets and also get bonuses from your own key clients. Ideal candidate location would be Baden Wuerttemberg or Frankfurt.

You will have a chance to get your name out in the industry working with life-changing technology and progress professionally while leading a team and building business in Germany. The previous Sales Manager has gotten promoted within the company that is why this role is open. This also shows that there are actual progression opportunities for you within the business.

Requirements:

  • at least 5+ years' working experience in sales (preferable trauma, surgical or neurosurgical sales)
  • team leading experience in medical devices across Germany or South West
  • experience in a medical/engineering environment will be considered as a plus
  • strong organizational and negotiating skills
  • fluent in English and German
  • location: Baden Wuerttemberg or Frankfurt
  • willingness to travel across Germany and your region
