This role will provide income related advice and support within student-facing teams. You will support the three services within the Income & Credit Control Team (Income, Fees and Credit Control) by responding to work demands across all three service areas. You will also be the lead in co-ordinating, processing and monitoring the joint service/partner arrangements between the International Office(s) for sponsor accounts and Graduation Office for graduation debtors.

You will have proven excellent customer service experience supporting the teams for either fee collection, invoicing, reconciliations, processing student related income, cashier and credit control. Although you will report to the Fees Team Leader, you will also work across the three services, so will need to take direction from those Team Leader(s) to meet service demand.

As this role requires across team working, meticulous work planning, flexibility and effective time management is critical as well as your ability to work independently, prioritise your workload and meet project deadlines.

You must be customer focused, a positive team player with a 'can do' attitude, have attention to detail, be self-motivated, supporting the team to deliver its strategic objectives.

Ideally you will have sound knowledge of accounting, customer service delivery and finance systems together with relevant experience of managing multiple work demands/projects. Experience of working with a range of IT systems and software is also required.
