Assistant Relationship Manager - CIS Markets - Private Banking

A top Private Bank in Zurich is currently seeking an assistant Relationship Manager to join the CIS team and support the Private Bankers. You will have the chance to work for one of the leading international Private Banks and work in an interested and varied role.

For this position you will have the option of having a permanent or temporary contract depending on your preference.

The Role
* Assist Relationship Manager in the day-to-day work servicing clients and handling administrative issues
* Attend incoming calls and ensure that always a prompt action is taken
* Handle the account openings for new clients as well as account changes to existing clients
* Ensure efficient and prompt handling of orders, trades, transactions, payments etc.
* Monitor the maturity list for deposits, loans, trades; take action were instruction is standard, seek instructions (from RM or client) if necessary and required
* Maintain and update records of client instructions, client details and preferences
* Provide clients and Relationship Manager with information and data in verbal and/or written form as needed/requested
* Liaise with other RM-Teams, IC-Sales, Treasury & Trading, Operations & IT
* Ensure always adherence to compliance, legal guidelines, internal rules, regulations & policies etc.

Desired skills
* 2 - 3 years experience as a self-motivated Assistant to a Relationship Manager in an international environment, preferably experience with UHNWI clients
* Knowledge in and understanding of investment products, interest of financial market and world news
* Very good oral and written language skills in English and German, Russian is an advantage
