Are you an electromechanical engineer looking for an international opportunity with clear growth opportunities?
As a project engineer you will be in charge of large projects in the chemical industry from start to finish. Like this you will be in charge of site surveys and start-up, price calculations, management of subcontractors, customer training, troubleshooting and much more.
You will be directly employed by our client, which is a market leading player in the chemical industry aimed at sustainable and environmental solutions. As the team is still growing a lot, there are clear opportunities to grow to a full project management position within 1 or 2 years or even faster if you already have project management experience.
Most of your work will be in the Benelux, Nordics and the DACH region, so we need candidates who are excited about gaining international experience and travelling very frequently. Some projects last several months, but you will mainly be there 2-3 days per week and further work from home or the office. The company is very flexible to working from home when you are not needed on a customer site.
What are we looking for in our next employee?
- A customer focused engineer with at least a bachelor degree in engineering
- Problem solving skills
- Good in time and project management
- Fluent in Dutch and English, other languages are beneficial
- Motivated to travel internationally
