HR Director, Fast Growing Pharmaceutical Company- Zug Area

One of our long established pharmaceutical clients is going through continued growth in Europe and as a bi-product will be looking to bring on a director of human resources. The company are still relatively small, but with new offices opening, many new hires and extra levels of complexity across the business, it is the time to expand the HR operations.

I've personally worked with this company for over 6 years, hence I am happy to answer questions in depth. What I can say is it is a very fast paced and commercial business with a focus on EU and global markets. It's highly multicultural, the business language is English and they've been very successful commercially. It is a fantastic place for people who are career driven and want to work in a high level environment. None the less it is not necessarily for everyone, a small pharma and fast paced environment comes with its challenges!

As with all small company roles the responsibilities will be very broad. Hence we will need someone who has both strong EU and Swiss HR hands on experience across many functions from day to day operations to payroll, recruitment, contracts and change management. As the company grows there will be needs for helping to set up new affiliates and travelling across sites.

Key Requirements:
* Proven HR experience in Switzerland for a pharmaceutical company
* Proven experience dealing with high level HR topics and leading a function
* Proactive and flexible mind-set
* Fluent in English, German will be a very strong advantage
* Career record with proven success and long tenures
