Job Details
This South London local authority is seeking Team Managers for its Referral and Assessment teams. They have received a Good OFSTED rating with outstanding leadership, and allow social workers and team managers regular access to the leadership team.
This authority has an emphasis on low caseloads and infrequent duty, to allow its social workers to implement the highest standards of practice.
This permanent position starts with a two week protected induction program, and features bespoke training and support making this an excellent career development opportunity for a Team Manager looking to advance their career.
The right candidate can expect:
- Up to £46,022 per annumAn additional £2000 Golden Hello and £2,000 annual retention supplement.Low caseloads and duty held every 6 weeks to help clear off casesA two week protected induction programmeExcellent Learning and development opportunities with bespoke training for every social workerEasy and regular access to the leadershipDedicated time for reflective supervision
The right candidate must have:
- 4 years post qualified social worker experienceExtensive Referral and Assessment experienceExperience managing social workersA current Enhanced DBS and registration with the HCPC.ASYE completed
