You will play a key role in the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team, to support and build upon our development and research work. Strong initiative and organisational skills, are required for working within interdisciplinary teams on research and development projects, and you will be responsible for leading the development within each project to deliver new or improved technology enhanced learning services and systems. Experience of designing technical solutions against requirements specifications is essential. These systems will be embedded within the medical education programmes and will contribute to our ongoing TEL research work as their use and impact is evaluated.

Possessing expert knowledge of data manipulation and integration using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services, you will also have a full understanding of ETL processes, Data Warehousing techniques and T-SQL. You will have extensive experience of web application development using the ASP.NET framework, web interface development using CSS, JavaScript / jQuery and Ajax.
