About This Opportunity
In managing the School's local area network (LAN), The Senior Information Services Officer will be a key point of expertise for management in making decisions on the School's LAN Information Technology Infrastructure. The successful candidate will manage servers, workstations and systems, whilst ensuring compliance and delivering technical solutions.
Our Ideal Candidate
To be successful in securing this role, you'll be highly skilled and qualified in Information Technology. Demonstrated experience in administering and integrating UNIX and Windows servers, plus VMware virtualization is vital. You'll be able to provide past examples of robust problem solving, and project collaboration with team members and stakeholders from a variety of different organisational disciplines.
You must have ongoing unrestricted work rights in Australia to apply for this opportunity.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, continuing position at HEW level 7.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $85,222 - $93,085, plus super of up to 17% and recreation leave loading of 17.5%.
You will be able to take advantage of UQ Sport Facilities , salary sacrificing options, discounted private health insurance, development programs and many other benefits.
