Responsibilities
You will be responsible to:
- Facilitate the customers(i.e. patients and attendants) in the department
- Book appointment over phone or in-person for procedures
- Manage cash including the receipt of payments via debit/credit cards and cheques
- Assist customer's telephonic as well as walk in inquiries
- Maintain all necessary record related to reception area
- rain junior receptionists during their probation
- Provide assistance to the supervisor in the quality audits
- Any other assignment given by the supervisor / department head.
Requirements
You should have:
- A Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years of related work experience preferred
- Cash handling skills
- Good communication skills (both in English and Urdu).
- Ability to perform multiple functions effectively under work pressure
- Good public relations and interpersonal skills
- Good problem solving and trouble shooting skills
- Time flexibility (available for shift duties and willingness for double duties)
