Working as part of the Conference and Events Function which generates over £2.5 million of function income, you will be based in the University's Conference and Events Team and will be responsible for providing support in the booking and organisation of Conferences, Events and Hospitality to internal and external customers at the University of Leeds.

You will be responsible for booking Conferences and Events, working as part of the Conference and Events Office Team providing a professional service for a broad portfolio of residential conferences, events, exhibitions and meetings. You will have demonstrable experience working in a similar role within a busy commercial environment, along with the ability to develop rapport and effective relationships. With excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail, you will ensure that clients receive an excellent standard of service. This post is required for 35 hours each week and will work on a rota basis to cover the office between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. However as part of this role, you may be required on occasion to provide support during evenings and weekends.
