A developing medical device company have brought an innovative new product to the German market and therefore require a Territory Manager to help expand their market share across the Baden Wurttemberg region of Germany. This role will see you mixing your account management and business development skills as you enter into a prosperous territory where there is plenty of room for growth and an opportunity for you to establish yourself alongside this innovative product line.

As a Territory Manager, you will be joining a company who have seen an impressive increase in their stock price and are tapping into a market where 80% of patients aren't receiving the proper care they need to treat their diabetes. This gives you a great chance to move into a market space where there is little competition for this device but a huge market potential, giving you the opportunity to make sales quickly and work with a product that can truly add value to patients lives.

Key Requirements for this Territory Manager position include:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience within the medical device sector
  • Previous experience working with diabetes/insulin pumps is highly beneficial, however candidates coming from an orthopaedic/cardiac surgery background will also be considered
  • An understanding of the KOL network across the Baden Wurttemberg region of Germany
  • Proven experience in achieving individual sales targets
  • Candidates must be based in Baden Wurttemberg with the ability to travel across the territory. Preference will go to those located around the Konstanz, Freiburg & Tuttlingen regions
