QA Manager - New QA Department - Short Decision Path

My client is a well established Pharma company with over 80 years on the market that is now looking to develop the QA department in their commercial office in Germany.

You will be only person within Quality Assurance in Germany, having the chance to develop the department and implements your own ideas while managing external consultants that will help you get the job done. In addition, you will report directly to the Global QA Manager that is based in their Head Quarters outside Germany, giving you a very short decision path and the chance to actually influence the business.

This is a great opportunity if you want to build something of your own and you don't want to check with other 4-5 departments every single time a decision is made in your area of expertise, giving you the upper hand.

Main requirements:

- Experience working within QA - Pharma, with focus on GDP,

- Experience in GMP and GDP audits and inspections,

- Experience working with Quality Management Systems,

- Experience in dealing with German Authorities,

- Fluency in German language.
