NonStop Technical is working with a leading manufacturer of construction equipment (excavators, loaders, etc.) which is looking to hire a new Sales Manager for the Benelux region.

The company will offer a high level of autonomy to the person taking on this role. We're searching for people who already have experience in this field, working with the dealer network. The organisation will put a lot of trust in you, which means you will have the freedom to actually manage the network and their sales operations the way you think is best. Such level of independence will give you a sense of accountability and importance within the organisation. It will help you show your true potential and set you up for higher level functions in the near future.

This position is home-based. You will have a lot of flexibility to make up your own agenda. Obviously, this can have a positive impact on your work-life balance and autonomy. The company is actually looking to hire someone who can be independent, thus will allow you to use your knowledge and practices when you work with the dealer network, for example. Having a flexible schedule which you have control over and being autonomous in your work are massive advantages that not every company can offer.

In this role you will:

  • Have responsibility for sales of the product portfolio, dealer business development and application demonstration
  • Analyse the market dynamics, working with the dealer network in order to grow their business
  • Manage and evaluate several dealer networks of different product groups in the region
  • Plan, discuss and agree a marketing plan with dealers in the region
  • Conduct monthly forecast for the demand of the assigned region
  • Be a point of contact for dealers in respect to products, sales and marketing in the daily business
  • Constantly monitor, develop and evaluate the network´s performance
  • Recommend promotional activities to drive sales performance
  • Train the dealer's sales representatives

Your profile:

  • Experience in sales or service with mini excavators, loaders, and similar construction equipment/machinery
  • Experience in a commercial position in this industry in the Benelux
  • Fluent Dutch, French and English
  • You can work independently
  • Experience in managing a dealer network, ideally in this industry

For this permanent position our client is offering a salary package of around OTE EUR 105,000 plus car, full benefits, etc.
