HR Payroll & Administration Specialist, Brussels

For a major healthcare company located in the region of Brussels we are currently looking for an HR Administrator and Payroll Specialist who would incharge of managing the coordination of the payroll in Belgium and the daily employee administration.

Whilst acting as a first point of contact for the associates with respect to all payroll and benefits related matters, you will coordinate the payroll administration in collaboration with the payroll agency. Besides this you will also manage the required social, fiscal and legal documents.

Requirements:-

• Previous proven experience in payroll and administration and good understanding of the Belgian Social & Labour law
• Fluent Flemish and English is a must have
