Senior Practitioner - LAC - Up to £42k per annum + RR

Following a "Good" and almost "Outstanding" OFSTED rating, this East London Local Authority to provide a Senior Practitioner for its Looked After Children team.

The right candidate will be training junior colleagues as well as holding a small caseload of 4 complex caseloads. This is a well resourced authority, granting access to other statutory services to help you with your caseload. As Social workers will be doing court work, court work experience is essential.

Flexible and home working are available allowing you to adjust your work hours to accommodate other commitments.

This permanent position starts with a 6 week on boarding, which can be completed faster, has rotational posts for social workers who want to gain posts in other teams, and several social work qualifications are available in the authorities diverse training program, making this an ideal role for senior practitioners that would like to advance their careers.
