My client an expanding Animal Health business who can offer you an exciting global position as international range manager. This company supports its development on the competence, the involvement of its teams and the search for innovative solutions in animal health (new projects are underway, a modernisation of our equipment and work-spaces, a new customer approach, an opening on biotechnologies ...)


The company is currently in 28 countries with a goal: contribute daily to the satisfaction of there main client : the veterinarian.


This is chance for your to contribute to the internationalisationinternationalisation and the innovation of a company, in order to satisfy the needs of today's and tomorrow's veterinarians and farmers.

Position:


You will report to our Director, International Marketing. Your main tasks will be:


- Understanding of the competitive environment


You will provide market and competitor analysis to generate and maintain an adequate understanding of the competitive environment.


- Identification of customer needs


You will constantly animate the development of client insights (identification and formalization of unmet needs) on the basis of factual and proven information obtained systematically.


- Definition of objectives and conceptualization of the target portfolio


You will define and update the objectives and priorities for the domain you will be responsible for based on customer insights and the analysis of the competitive environment.


You will design the target portfolio that will achieve these objectives, formalize it into concepts and bring it to internal stakeholders for validation and implementation.


- Opportunity assessment and solution building


You will propose and evaluate the opportunities of products and services related to the concepts generated and the customer needs identified.
You will contribute to the success of licensing-in, distribution-in, acquisitions and partnerships projects in order to develop the client offer for the field entrusted.


- Marketing partner during the project phase


You will contribute to the smooth running of projects through your project teamwork: representing the client's voice and ensuring that marketing and commercial constraints are taken into account throughout the project.


- Launch of the offer


You will work with the teams in the subsidiaries to build a common and consistent value proposition and marketing mix, while taking in consideration the specificities of the different markets
You will ensure that an adequate tracking system and appropriate KPIs are in place to identify potential gaps and deal with them effectively.


- Operational support


You will define the objectives and collaborate with the subsidiaries to translate them into annual objectives.
You will support the subsidiaries in achieving these objectives and help them address any gaps.

Requirements


Technical University degree required (engineer/veterinarian) a marketing degree would be a plus.
Ruminant industry experience required, having worked in Sales, Marketing or technical roles in pharmaceutical, nutrition or production companies
Creativity and problem-solving mindset, project and process management skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly, excellent communicator both written and verbal, cultural awareness
English and second language proficiency mandatory
