Qualified Social Work - LAC - Up to £36k per annum + RR

This authority recently received a "Good" and almost "Outstanding" OFSTED rating making this a well-organised place to work, and flexible and home working are available allowing you to adjust your work hours to accommodate other commitments.

The right candidate will be mentored by a Senior Practitioner, allowing you to get the support and training to assist you with your work. In addition, this is a well resourced authority granting access to other statutory services to help you with your caseload. As Social workers will be doing court work, court work experience is essential.

This permanent position starts with a 6 week on boarding, which can be completed faster, has rotational posts for social workers who want to gain posts in other teams, and several social work qualifications are available in the authorities diverse training program, making this an ideal role for social workers that looking to advance their careers.

The right candidates must have:
