KA/216340/1 - International Coordinator - Medical Affairs / Project Management / Events & Communications - Biel, Switzerland


A leading manufacturer within the cataract/eye surgery industry require an International Coordinator to provide critical support to the Medical Director in terms of medical affairs, project management, events and communications activities on both a local and international level. This position will be office based in Biel, Switzerland.


This is an excellent opportunity for any motivated individual who would like to step into the medical device industry and take on a 'hands on' role where you will have the chance to involve yourself in a variety of tasks, therefore keeping you busy and diversifying your skill set. You will be responsible for managing the diary of the Medical Director, as well as travelling with her to international events and representing her when she isn't in the office.

Key Requirements for this International Coordinator position include:

  • Previous experience within administration, project management, medical, marketing or events
  • A keen interest in the medical device industry and working in an international environment
  • Strong organisational skills and good time management
  • Fluency in English. Other languages are beneficial but not essential
    Candidates must be based close to Biel, Switzerland with the ability to travel up to 20% on an international basis
