KA/216384/2 - Key Account Manager - Veterinary Diagnostics - Suisse Romande / Western Switzerland

An established diagnostics company who specialise in providing laboratory equipment for animal care are searching for a Key Account Manager with some previous experience with animal health/veterinary devices who would be interested in increasing market share for their product portfolio across the Western region of Switzerland / Suisse Romande.

This is an excellent opportunity to use your diagnostic sales experience within an established company who provide vital support within the labs and vet practices across Western Switzerland. Your role will be focused around managing accounts in the Romandie region, developing relationships with key specialists within the veterinary labs and working closely with the rest of the sales team to help increase market share. This company are rapidly growing and are well known as being one of the most successful companies within their field, therefore joining them as a Key Account Manager will see you become known as a sales professional that offers high quality products within the veterinary diagnostics market.

As a Key Account Manager, you will be expected to bring the following skills:

  • A background as a veterinarian or previous clinical experience within an animal practice
  • Fluency in French and English with a good understanding of German
  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience, either within animal health or working with blood gas analysers. Pharmaceutical sales experience will also be considered.
  • A strong commercial mind-set and natural flare for sales
  • Candidates must be based in the Western region of Switzerland with the ability to travel across the territory
