Commercial Recruitment - Entry level - Bucharest based

NonStop is a Recruitment agency which started in the heart of the city of London in 2000, therefore our company culture is very much aligned with a meritocratic and competitive environment like many other anglo-saxon firms.

Recruitment is an industry based on pairing up the best human talent in the market with the best employers, the job is conducted entirely over the phone which allows us to be based in various locations in Europe. We essentially talk to people all day and we get paid based on our ability to sell both our services as well as our candidates.

We have office in London, Zug, Portsmouth, Prague and now Bucharest. We're looking for our Romanian office to become the biggest one and we're looking to populate with over 100 people over the next couple of years and we're looking for individuals with both a commercial attitude and the right motivation.

Whether you have previous experience or not that is not important, we've have over 12 years of proven track record of training and developing talent, all of our Top Management was born and brought up here and we're looking to continue that trend.

Don't get us wrong, this job will require a lot of hard work and willpower but it will also offer the opportunity to develop a career which is rare to find in today's work market.
