Lead Senior Software Engineer for medical device development

NonStop Medical Devices are currently working with a client in the Delivery Drug industry, and my client is looking for a Lead Senior Software Engineer for their Global Innovation Development department.
The Lead Senior Software Engineer will manage a 2-5 man team of Senior Software Engineers and Software Engineers on embedded software projects. The software that you and your team code gets installed in Medical Devices, and as a result, you and your team have a say in improving life quality of people all over the world on a daily basis.

My client is looking for candidates with:

* Master or bachelor's degree in software engineering
* About 6 years of experience in embedded software development system architecture (C#, and/or other sorts of C-coding)
* Somewhere between 1-5 years of experience from former Lead Senior Software roles
* Experience with software regulations. IEC62304 is an advantage, but not a must
* You are passionate about leading a team of talented software developers and delegating tasks
