Senior Practitioner-LD- Work From Home
£38,813 per annum
NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority in the South East of England area, in order to recruit a permanent Senior Social Worker / Senior Practitioner for their Adults with Learning Disabilities Team. You will have the opportunity to work from home one day per week, which means you can spend more time with your family.
The Senior Practitioner will act as a Duty Manager a few times per month, so you will have the opportunity to step up, You will supervise Social Workers and you will hold a small caseload of more complex cases.
In this role, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, so you will be working alongside Social workers, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychologists and Psychiatrists, in order to deliver the best level of care to the adults with disabilities.
Please apply if you are a Social Worker or a Senior Social Worker with experience in working within a adults with learning disabilities service. You must have a driving license also.
