KA/218327/1 - Key Account Manager OEM / B2B Sales - Pharma/MedTech - Switzerland

A family run company who are well known for their variety of medical device and pharmaceutical product portfolios are currently searching for a Key Account Manager for their OEM division to develop business with medtech and pharmaceutical manufacturers across Switzerland.

This successful medical company are currently expanding their marketing and sales team in order to develop their presence within the Swiss medical market and are actively seeking a sales professional with experience in managing large accounts within pharma or medtech, as well as with previous experience in project management. This is because this role will involve a lot of coordination between various different departments, as well as an understanding of a longer term sales cycles and the need to work to tight deadlines.

Joining this company will see you utilising a broad set of skills, as well as working with a high profile, close knit team who have proven success in the Swiss market year on year. Given the diversity of the company's different business units, you will also have the option to take your career in many different ways and learn a lot about other areas of the medical device and pharmaceutical industries.

As a Key Account Manager for OEM / B2B Sales, you will be expected to bring the following skills:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within a key account management function
  • At least 5 years of sales experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector
  • Fluency in French with a good understanding of English and at least a conversational level of German.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies on a local level, as well as communicate with C - Level management within a B2B sales setting
  • This position can be based in a variety of locations across Switzerland - Lucerne, Neuchatel or just outside of Bern. Please note this position will be office based when not travelling.
