Global Regulatory Manager - Relocate to France

Manager for Regulatory Affairs Surfactants, Rhone-Alpes, focus on regulatory projects across the EMEA, North-American and APAC regions, expectation to manage a team

Top tier opportunity working with one of the leading suffocating regulatory teams in Europe. Specifically we are looking for someone strong in regulatory experience within REACh registrations and Compliance who can take on critical projects from both regulatory and commercial across these countries. The company are quite interesting as they have a global reach and supply into a number of different industries yet still remain relatively small so you will be working within a small company environment with the financial stability and investment capability of a major company. It has many of the benefits of a smaller chemical company as they empower people to work in a dynamic environment while stilling having the stability and long term focus. The role it's self will have a lot of autonomy and will allow you to get fully involved in multiple regulatory projects where you won't just be limited to REACh but touching on Biocides, Cosmetics and other regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Global oversight for key Regulatory Activities
• Close collaboration between analytical and regulatory teams
• Input towards European and non-EU compliance issues
• Working with key competent authorities on subjects such as advocacy
• Mentoring of junior staff and in the future a focus on building up the division

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in within REACh Registrations and Compliance
• Scientific background within Chemistry and or Chemical Engineering
• Additional regulatory knowledge within Biocides and Cosmetics is an advantage
• Experienced managing teams
• Fluency in English
