Job Details

This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Technical Sales manager within the agrochemical industry to develop the Regional Sales in Russia and Georgia. You will have the ability to work independently and have no bosses above you.

You will be able to get the relevant trainings in person and via e-University to develop your skills further and grow personally and professionally. You will also have some international travel to meet up with other sales leaders in other countries so the role is not just national as you will be working globally as well.

Your role will mainly focus on building and growing the business within Krasnodar and Georgia region with regular distributor visits and trainings so a strong technical as well as commercial background is required for the role.

* Degree in Agronomic Science
* 5 year experience in Technical/Sales role
* Strong agronomic competences
* Fluency in Russian and English
