Registered Children's Home Manager
£35,000 per annum
NonStop's client, a residential home in the Birmingham area, is looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager for a 3 bedded home.
This is a residential home for children with learning disabilities. In their last inspection, that happened 6 months ago, they were rated as 'Good' by Ofsted. They have full occupancy and a very low staff turnover. They are now looking for a Manager who can take the home to the Outstanding level.
The company has 6 homes at the moment and they are looking to open up two more in the near future, so you will have the opportunity to progress to senior management with them.
They are happy to have an initial telephone chat prior to setting up a face to face interview which will give you the opportunity to find out more about the role and about the company before committing to attending a face to face interview.
The candidate will:
- be a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager
- have experience in managing a residential children's home, ideally one for children with learning disabilities
- have a management qualification
