Accommodation Co-ordinator - Supported Living - Care Leavers
A leading provider of semi-independent accommodation for young people leaving care is looking for a Accommodation Co-ordinater to join their team in Bromsgrove. The aim of the role is source and manage a UK portfolio of supported accommodation properties.
To be considered you must have:
- Excellent working knowledge and understanding of legislation around; supported housing and accommodation health and safety
- Experience of managing a successful property portfolio including; lease negotiations, safety risk assessments, acquisitions and disposals checks and processes
Experience of working within a housing environment (preferably within a supported accommodation organisation) is also desirable.
