Customer Technical Support Specialist

I am currently working with a global leader in developing an advanced range of innovative products for the life science research and clinical diagnostic markets. With over 60 years of expertise in their respected field, they are constantly learning and shaping the Bio/Chemical industry.

They are looking for a graduate Customer Technical Support Specialist to join their team based in Belgium. Handling tasks such as providing support to various customers with the products as well as being delegated the responsibility to provide own expertise ; carry out the process and handle the situations.

The graduate/Entry level candidate will be provided the necessary training to carry out these tasks, as well building their overall skill set. Opportunities will arise concerning career progress, with various paths being provided from the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to clients with the products
  • Taking care of the process and fixing the problems that arise
  • Applying practical troubleshooting for the laboratory

Requirements:

* Masters in - Biochemistry, Industrial Engineer, Chemistry, Biology, Bio engineering
* Fluent English and high level German
* Blood Safety knowledge pref
